Everyone's favorite video game plumber now has his own RPG with Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door for the Nintendo GameCube. This Paper Mario title looks similar to other titles in the series featuring two-dimensional characters on a three-dimensional background and crisper graphics. Because of his paper nature, Mario can roll up and go down a tube and turn sideways to go through cracks. He can also use his normal special abilities such as crushing bricks with his head. The combat in this game is traditional RPG turn-based and, by timing certain actions, Mario can dodge attacks by enemies and inflict more damage when needed.
