DESCRIPTION
For gentle donkey EO, life in a small traveling circus meant the love and care of his co-star/handler Kasandra (Sandra Drzymalska). After animal rights protests resulted in his being shuttled to a farm, he makes his escape and embarks on a surreal odyssey of encounters with humans both kindly and less so. Jerzy Skolimowski's acclaimed "Au Hasard Balthazar" homage also stars Lorenzo Zurzolo, Mateusz Kościukiewicz, and Isabelle Huppert. 88 min.
