A year ago, a supermoon caused a genetic mutation in millions of people, which turned those affected into bloodthirsty werewolves as soon as they were exposed to the moonlight. Since then, a group of scientists, including Wesley Marshall (Frank Grillo), have been researching an antidote. When another supermoon is imminent, it is up to Wesley to save his family and all of humanity from the beasts.
