Susan Gilvray, wife of broadcaster John Gilvray, calls the police about a voyeur. Officers Webb Garwood and Charles 'Bud' Crocker investigate the case but find no leads. However, Webb is very impressed with Susan and later visits her again under an excuse. They get along well and decide to meet regularly. But the story doesn't remain harmless...
