DESCRIPTION
After being pushed by professional tragedy to religious conversion, British nurse Maud (Morfydd Clark) was assigned to give palliative care to terminally ill American choreographer Amanda (Jennifer Ehle). Taking her charge's atheism and lesbianism as cues that she should try and save her soul, the emotionally delicate caregiver meets devastating rejection-and delivers a stunning response.
