Colin Higgins (Silver Streak, 9 to 5, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas) wrote and directed this rollicking comedy-thriller featuring Burgess Meredith, Brian Dennehy, Rachel Roberts, Marc Lawrence, Billy Barty and the great Dudley Moore (Arthur) in one of his most delightful comic turns ever.
